Domestic Shipping within New Zealand
We use a weight system that automatically calculates shipping prices based on the quantity and size of products that you order. If you believe that this may be incorrect, please do get in touch with us so we can confirm a shipping price for you.
The Courier that we use to send outward goods is NZ Couriers.
All goods sent are expected to be overnight but not guaranteed. Things that may affect this include but are not limited to:
- Inter-island Delivery
- Rural Areas
- Public Holidays
- Closed Roads & Route difficulties
- Unexpected delays due to individual courier drivers
Upon the packaging and processing of your order, you will receive a Tracking Number that will formally identify your shipment in the NZ Couriers mailing system. The tracking code will look like "E40-12345678". You can track your order by clicking here.
Damaged and lost goods will require a claims process to be done through NZ Couriers. If your order has arrived damaged or is missing, please contact NZ Couriers first so they can begin their investigation.
