New Zealand Customers

We know how important getting your parcel to you on time is. So we have partnered with NZ Couriers to help ensure that your parcel has the best chance of reaching you on time.

Here is what you need to know about our New Zealand Overnight Tracked & Delivered service

• We offer FREE delivery on all orders over $49.99 on Overnight delivery
• We package and have your order ready for collection by the courier on average in 19 minutes
• The couriers visit us multiple times a day for any parcels ready for collection up to 5 pm Monday - Friday
• You will automatically be sent a tracking email link with all relevant information
• Rural deliveries are $9.00 & Saturday Deliveries are an additional $11.00 each (Free Shipping does not apply)
• Packages are default Signed Delivery. Let us know in the order comments if you would like it non-signed.
• All Saturday Deliveries need to be done prior to 1 pm Friday and are not guaranteed.
• Rural Deliveries can take anywhere from 2-4 days depending on your rural delivery service

We have industry-leading e-commerce logistics and handling systems that ensure your order is despatched FAST. We are unique in that we are able to send products and despatch orders from any of our store locations and do not have one central shipping location or inventory warehouse. (We wouldn't be able to have such low prices if we did)

This means that we can mitigate any stock availability issues quickly and with often little to no complications as being out of stock throughout our entire company is rare. Additionally, this also ensures that our entire catalogue is available online so you get full access to every product we have available. If you are looking for a product that you saw on one of our shelves, no worries, you can order it. Our system will sort and organise your order to be despatched from multiple store locations if it cannot be sent from one store location and you will receive a tracking number for each shipment.

Australian Customers

Ordering from Australia is simple too, we have shipping options ranging from $15.00-$45.00 for any order to Australia. We use DHL Express Service which generally gets your parcel to you in 24-72 hours, alternatively, regular postal service can take 5 days+. There are no customs or hidden charges to pay.

Faulty Goods 

The Vape Shed offers a 30-day manufacturer fault warranty period, damaged caused by misuse is not covered. Outside of this period please contact the manufacturer of your device as your manufacturer warranty still applies and most will replace within 1 year. 

Returns

In most cases, if a product has not been used and is provided alongside a receipt dated within the last 30 days. We will provide you with a full money back refund. Some conditions and credit card fees may apply.
